What's in a name?

Residence Pierre-Elise is named after the grandparents of the developers of the project. They used to run their business in building materials and container rental on the site where Residence Pierre - Elise is being built. The project is therefore above all a tribute to our family history and grandparents.

Residence Pierre - Elise offers 11 beautiful newly built BEN - apartments. 
Each apartment has a spacious terrace and/or garden which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The project's modern architecture pays a lot of attention to light and air so you can enjoy every space to the fullest.

 

Schools, stores, restaurants and nature are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Sufficient parking space is provided for your car, while still keeping the communal outdoor space car-free. This allows you to enjoy the quiet outdoors while still being in close proximity to the city centre.

 

During the design of the buildings, we paid al lot of attention to the use of the right materials and techniques. This is why we were able to ensure that the project is almost energy neutral which translates into a positive impact on the environment as wel as your energy consumption.

SITE READY FOR DEMOLITION

The site of Residence Pierre - Elise was previously used by our grandparents.

Here they ran their business in building materials and container rental.

BUILDING PLOT

After the demolition works, the plot is ready for construction. The basement can be dug out.

Construction of Residence Pierre-Elise has started. The underground level will have parking spaces, spacious basements and lots of bicycle parkings.

The ground floor will contain 4 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment will have a garden to enjoy the outdoors.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor will also contain 4 spacious 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a west facing terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Using Geostylistix (Shaded Grey Light) for the facade. A beautiful and elegant stone to give the building lots of character.

CAR-FREE AREA

The zone in between the buildings will be car-free and therefore very quiet and perfectly safe for children to play. Green areas are interspersed with walking paths which indicate the entrances of the building.

WINDOWS

The installation of the windows in Building 24D has been completed. The colour of the window frames combined with our Geostylistix facade gives the building a modern, yet warm character.
